About Group Mortgage Benefits

With the leadership of Charlie Sparks, (MLO# 195031), a mortgage professional for over 30 years, we can provide Group Mortgage Benefits to your employee. Charlie Sparks has been a mortgage banker since 1986. In 2016, he recognized the need for a voluntary benefit plan that would allow business owners to provide valuable knowledge and services to their employees. He approached the top local service providers in the New Mexico mortgage and real estate industries to form Group Mortgage Benefits.

Frequently Asked Questions

1How does this benefit help my company?
It is a way for you to give back to your employees. They can easily save thousands of dollars with discounts provided by our network of local professionals. The HR industry has noted that creative and cost-effective benefits have been the fastest growing benefits segment over the past several years.
2Couldn’t my employees negotiate their own discounts?
Probably, but it will take time and quite often this is done on company time. Since we are conduit to provide our local network with multiple referrals, they provide discounts that would be difficult for an individual to secure. Group Mortgage Benefits favors both the employee and our network of professionals who provide the significant discounts that they do.
3My staff is already quite busy. How much more work will this be for them?
Virtually none. Other than announcing that this new benefit is being offered and forwarding a newsletter to the employees once per month there is nothing to manage. If the employee needs the services we provide, they simply call us directly.
4What if someone has a relative who is a Realtor? Can they use them AND have you provide other services?
That is fine. All our services are ala carte. Likewise we are here to inform and educate, so if it’s only questions you have we’ll be happy to answer them. There’s never a charge for a conversation.
5Does offering this benefit cost my company anything?
Absolutely nothing.
6Is there a commitment or contract to sign?
No, but we do have a simple, one page agreement that spells out our expectations of each other. We’ll be glad to send you one for review.
